Mena Alexandra suvari born on 13 February 1979 in the USA is an actor as well as a fashion designer and model. After a brief period as a model for fashion, she quickly transitioned to acting, appearing as a guest on TV shows like Boy Meets World in the 1990s, and High Incident. Her first film appearance was on 1997's drama Nowhere. She made the transition to major roles with her performances as a character in American Beauty for which she received nominations for a BAFTA Award and American Pie and American Pie, both of which gained her wider attention. She's appeared alongside American Pie's Co-Star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) as well as the lead character for the film Sugar & Spice (2001). The film also featured her in the independent 2002 drama Spun as well as the 2004 action feature Trauma. The year 2004, she was a guest in HBO's series Six Feet Under.
